Bensimon Tennis shoes

PARIS – I do not have children. However I have a near four-year-old nephew that I see nothing much, to which I give the world as a gift.

Unfortunately, he loves green, luckily for me, he adores shoes and laughs at joy every time I take him a new gift-wrapped.

Yesterday I bought his first Bensimon Tennis shoes. Not green, in truth, but azure with laces:

I am sure they are the most beautiful canvas shoes a boy could have. As all Bensimon’s creations, this shoes have a vague retro taste, a stand out irony and they are really stilish.

The perfect TinTin’s “chaussures”: the rubber white sole slinghtlys heads up and if you watch closely the back you will find a tiny heel that seems to say: “ok, we are tennis shoes, but with dignity and feeling”.

If around you swirls a child younger than ten, give him at once his pair of “Tennis Lacets” (with laces) or give her the “Elastique” (the stretch version for girls).

Passed ten years of age, considering how tall are childrens these days, it’s better to forget them… BENSIMON are fine if and only if they are “in miniature”.

Belsimon’s shops are in France and Belgium, but you can find shoes also in BonPoint

stores around the world.
