2010 November 12
by Massimo Porcelli

MILAN – “Disquieting Images” is the laconic title of the exibit I saw in the Triennale di Milano glorious spaces: a inique occasion to admire, for the first time together, famous shots selected for the problematic contents and the hard (disquieting) emotional impact they cause: images that we saw somewhere and that always provoke a strong sense of embarrass; works of masters of fotography like Diane Arbus, Letizia Battaglia, Nam Goldin, Alfredo Jaar, Robert Mapplethorpe, Nina Berman, Elena Dorfman, Donna Ferrato, Nan Goldin, Philip Jones Griffiths, Pieter Hugo.

It’s impossible to lose this occasion: open till 09/january/2011
